  • Ongoing selections — add new picks as the build progresses. Each one drops on the schedule too, so your project manager sees it on the calendar.
  • Due-date cascade — when a selection slips, every dependent schedule task automatically reschedules. The owner sees the impact before you have to explain it.
  • Inspiration bucket — the owner can drop images, links, and notes into a per-room board. Their picks (and rejects) all live in one place.
  • Cost differentials shown — option A is the allowance, option B is +$1,200. Owner sees the delta, signs off, it flows straight to a change order.
