Integrators Vantage

Plot devices on the plan.
Watch the proposal build.

For AV, security, networking, and smart home contractors. Design the system, build the proposal, run the install, and support the customer — all from one place. No Word docs. No spreadsheets. No version 9.

One Integrated Trade

Every system. One plan. One project.

AV, security, alarm, networking, and smart home — all plotted together on the same floor plan, proposed together, installed together, and serviced together. No switching between tools.

Act 1 — Bidding & Proposal

Plot devices on the plan. Watch the proposal build.

Start with a scope questionnaire — send it directly to the customer or to their GC. Upload the floor plan. AI walks you through the design. Place devices. The proposal writes itself, line item by line item, organized by area or by system. You decide what the customer sees and how pricing is shown.

01
Send a scope questionnaire

To the customer directly, or to their GC. Their answers pre-populate the project — no re-entering what they already told you, and no having to remember (or worse, ask the customer again) whether they wanted a soundbar in the living room.

02
Upload their floor plan

Drop any PDF or image. AI walks you through the initial design setup — rooms, zones, and system categories — so you're not starting from a blank canvas.

03
Build the design on the plan

Place every device — AV, security, cameras, networking, smart home — on the same drawing. Camera FOV overlays show actual coverage. WiFi access points generate a heatmap. Speakers get assigned to zones by room. Alarm contacts and motions link to their partition automatically. This is where the design actually gets built.

04
Labor and attachments fill in automatically

Every device type has pre-configured labor stages — Pre-Wire, Install, Configure — and optional attachments you set up once. Plot an access point and labor for all three stages is added. Add a switch and it includes labor plus a shorter power cord for the rack. You set the rules per device type once; they apply to every job automatically.

05
Open the proposal — it's already built

Every device organized with pricing attached. You choose how each system category is displayed: cameras and alarms by system, TVs and speakers by room. So the proposal makes intuitive sense to your customer no matter how the job is scoped. You control what they see and how pricing is shown.

06
Customer reviews in their branded portal

They see the floor plan, the device list, and the proposal — all in one place. They approve. You build.

This is the real product.

Plot a device. Pick a product from the catalog. Watch it appear on the proposal. Flip to the Proposal tab — every device you've placed is already there, organized by room, with pricing attached. This isn't a mockup. What you see is what your customers see.

The Full Workflow

Bid. Install. Support.

Every feature follows the same workflow you already run. Here's what the whole platform looks like from first contact to long-term service.

Act 1
Bidding & Proposal
Scope the job. Design the system. Win the work.
01
Bidding & Proposal
Win The Job

Scope the job, design the system, and send the proposal — without touching a different tool at any step.

  • Scope questionnaire — send directly to the customer or their GC before you ever touch the design. Their answers pre-populate the project. No re-entering what they already told you.
  • Floor plan design — upload the architect's PDF and place every device on the same drawing: AV, cameras, networking, alarms, smart home. Camera FOV overlays show real coverage. WiFi APs generate a heatmap. Speakers assign to zones by room. Alarm contacts link to their partition automatically.
  • Rack layout + zone schedules — U-by-U rack designer with auto PoE budget. Alarm devices placed on the plan generate the zone list automatically. No building it twice.
  • Proposal builds from the design — every device on the floor plan appears in the proposal instantly. Cameras and alarms organized by system. TVs and speakers by room. You control what the customer sees and how pricing is displayed.
  • AI-drafted scope of work — VANTaiGE writes the narrative scope from your equipment list. You edit, approve, send.
  • Customer approval in their portal — they see the floor plan, the device list, and pricing in one place. Accept, decline, or request changes. Forward to a spouse, designer, or builder as a guest reviewer.
  • Change orders — built in 30 seconds. Customer sees only what changed. Reflected in job cost automatically.
Act 2
Installation
Once the proposal is accepted, the project moves into install. The same dashboard — now focused on execution.
06

Run The Job

From the moment a proposal is accepted, every dollar in and out is tracked against the job.

  • Schedule templates — start from a template built for your trade, not from scratch. Rough-in, trim, and final phases already mapped out. Adjust dates, assign crews, push to phones.
  • Homeowner updates via email, text, or app — connect your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 to send from your company email and sync appointments to your calendar. Customers are kept in the loop automatically.
  • Purchase orders + receipt tracking — generate POs from the accepted proposal. Drop in a receipt PDF and AI parses vendor, total, and line items so you're not maintaining a spreadsheet.
  • Job costing — every receipt, every labor hour, every change order rolled up live against the project's P&L. Know your margin before the job closes.
  • Change orders that don't suck — built in 30 seconds, customer approves in the portal. Reflected in your job cost automatically.
  • Inventory + barcode scanning — scan barcodes with your phone to receive items for the project. No clipboard. No spreadsheet. Every item tracked from order to install.

Act 3
Continued Use & Support
The job is done. The customer portal stays live forever. When something goes wrong, Vantage already knows.
07
Service & Tickets
Support

Customer reports an issue → ticket created → tech dispatched → resolved → billed. One workflow.

  • Full ticketing system — customer-submitted (via the portal) or internal. Priority, assignee, SLA, status, full thread.
  • Labor + expense tracking against tickets — billable vs. warranty, automatically separated for invoicing.
  • Promote ticket to project — when the service call grows into a real install (new room, system upgrade), one click escalates it to a full Service project with its own folder structure and tracker.
08
Monitoring
Eyes On Every Site

A customer loses internet. Vantage opens the ticket.

  • Unified Ubiquiti dashboard — every customer site in one view. Devices, uptime, alerts, firmware status.
  • Automated ticket creation — when a device goes offline, Vantage opens a ticket and notifies the customer ("we already know — tech is checking it now").
  • Customer-facing device map — customer's floor plan in their portal shows live device status. Green dots, red dots, no support phone needed.
09
Alarm & Security
Full Coverage

Security and alarm tools built into the same project — not bolted on as an afterthought.

  • Zone Manager — devices placed on the floor plan auto-generate zone entries with zone number, type, and notes. Edit, reorder, and export the full zone list without rebuilding it manually.
  • Partition Manager — assign zones to partitions directly from the floor plan. Multi-partition layouts (home + garage + guest suite) are visualized spatially so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Alarm Schedule Templates — create arming/disarming schedule templates per partition during design. Customer gets a readable version in their portal — no confusing panel codes.
  • Camera placement + proposal sync — surveillance cameras on the floor plan create proposal line items and monitoring records simultaneously. One placement, three downstream actions.
  • Recurring alarm monitoring billing — if you offer central station or self-monitoring subscriptions, track and bill recurring monitoring fees per customer inside Vantage.
Always In The Loop

Automated customer notifications at every step.

Email + SMS templates fire at the right moments — proposal sent, accepted, install scheduled, tech en route, job complete, invoice ready. You can edit every template, add your logo, and turn any of them off.
